SO WE'RE SIMPLY TAKING THE PROPERTY FROM ONE ZONE, WHICH DOESN'T ALLOW A LOT OF USE AT THE MOMENT AND PUTTING IT INTO A ZONE WHERE THE OWNERS CAN THEN HAVE AN OPTION OF A NUMBER OF PERMITTED USES THAT COULD BE DEVELOPED IN THE FUTURE.
IF ANYBODY WANTS TO TAKE A LOOK THE PLANNER RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FILE IS ALSO ABLE TO, YOU KNOW, DIRECT THEM AS TO WHERE TO FIND THE ZONING, WHERE TO FIND THE PLANNING REPORTS.

WE'LL WORK WITH OUR PARTNERS IN OUR PUBLIC WORKS AND ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT.
WE'RE ALSO GOING TO TALK TO OUR PROTECTIVE SERVICES DIVISION BECAUSE WE'LL NEED TO TALK ABOUT EMERGENCY SERVICES, RIGHT. AND MAKING SURE THAT WE CAN ATTEND TO ANYTHING THAT MAY HOPEFULLY NEVER HAPPEN IN THAT AREA.
SO ALL OF THAT IS CONSIDERED AT THE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT STAGE.
