SO WE HAVE BEEN WORKING FOR A NUMBER OF MONTHS BACK INTO 2024 WITH CMHC FOR THESE DESIGNS SPECIFICALLY FOR THE NORTH AND SO THERE ARE PLANS THAT ARE INCLUDED. THEY'RE UP RIGHT NOW. JUST THE WHOLE SUBMITTAL PACKAGE ISN'T DONE YET. SO CMHC IS STILL WORKING SO THAT YOU COULD PICK ONE OF THESE PACKAGES AND COME IN AND AND GET A PERMIT. THE CAVEAT I WANT TO JUST EXPLAIN ON THE TOWNHOME PRE-DESIGN AND THIS IS FOR ANYTHING REALLY THAT IS OTHER THAN A DUPLEX, A SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING OR ONE OF THESE SECONDARY DWELLINGS IS THAT YOU WOULD HAVE TO GET THE FOUNDATION WOULD HAVE TO BE ENGINEERED WHERE ON OUR BUILDING BYLAW, IF YOU GO AND TAKE A LOOK, WE HAVE KIND OF THE FOUNDATIONS ALREADY INCLUDED THERE. SO THAT WOULD BE FOR, LIKE I SAID, A SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING, A DUPLEX AND THESE SECONDARY DWELLINGS THAT ARE STANDALONE.
