WE ALSO WANTED TO MENTION THAT THE BULK FUEL STORAGE FACILITY CLOSEST TO THE SUBJECT LOT IS NOT A PROPANE STORAGE, IT'S A DIESEL STORAGE FACILITY. AND IT'S BEEN OPERATING SAFELY FOR 17 YEARS.
AND THEY ALSO HAVE THEIR OWN RIGOROUS SAFETY PROGRAM.
LASTLY, WE JUST WANTED TO REITERATE THAT THIS WORK CAMP AT THIS LOCATION WOULD BE A TEMPORARY USE, WHICH MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT, AS THIS AREA IS IN TRANSITION TO BEING, IN THE LONG TERM, MORE OF A FOCUS ON HEAVY INDUSTRIAL USES.

I WOULD LIKE TO ANNOUNCE PCL AND KAG IN ATTENDANCE.
PCL IS CURRENTLY WORKING ON THE D & D PROJECT.
THEY NEED TO HOUSE BETWEEN 100 AND 120 PEOPLE COME JUNE SPRING AND KAG IS THEY SUPPLY FUEL TO THE DIAMOND MINES AND THEY NEED TO HOUSE 50 PEOPLE PERMANENTLY YEAR ROUND EVERY YEAR.
I HAVE HAD A CHANCE TO SPEAK WITH MANY MEMBERS OF COUNCIL ON THIS PROPOSED PROJECT ONE ON ONE.
