SERVICE LEVEL STANDARDS ARE IMPORTANT ACROSS THE BOARD, AND ADMINISTRATION IS WORKING TO DEVELOP A STANDARDIZED APPROACH FOR ALL PUBLIC FACING CITY SERVICES AS PART OF OUR ASSET MANAGEMENT PLAN.
HOWEVER, COUNCIL DID WANT TO SEE SERVICE LEVEL STANDARDS FOR PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT AS THESE ALIGN WITH THE STRATEGIC PRIORITY OF ACCELERATING DEVELOPMENT, PARTICULARLY HOUSING.
SO WE ARE PRESENTING THESE IN ADVANCE OF THE FULL ASSET MANAGEMENT FRAMED SERVICE LEVEL STANDARDS.
IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT THESE STANDARDS ARE PREDICATED ON A COUPLE OF KEY THINGS.
