SO WE WILL WANT TO MONITOR THAT WAY. I WOULDN'T FORESEE THAT WE'D NECESSARILY BE COMING BACK TO COUNCIL WITH THIS PARKING LOT IS DISAPPEARING AND WILL BE DEVELOPED AND THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AND THIS DEVELOPER WOULD LIKE TO KEEP THE PARKING. I DON'T THINK WE'LL COME WITH THAT LEVEL OF DETAIL, BUT WHAT WE WILL DO IS LOOK CUMULATIVELY AT WHAT'S GOING ON IN THE DOWNTOWN. ARE THERE IMPLICATIONS? ARE WE SEEING AN INCREASE IN COMPLAINTS AROUND PARKING? ARE WE SEEING AN INCREASE OF ISSUES? ARE WE SEEING THAT THERE IS THIS NATURAL EVOLUTION THAT'S HAPPENING THAT MAKES SENSE?
