AT THE SAME TIME, THE SCHOOL BOARDS BOTH ASK US AS WELL TO ESTABLISH MILL RATES AT THEIR REQUEST AS THEY ESTABLISH BASED ON THEIR BUDGETS.
IN APRIL OF THIS YEAR, GPEC MEMBERS, FORGIVE ME, WILL RECALL THAT THE ADMINISTRATION PRESENTED INFORMATION OUTLINING THE CURRENT PROPORTIONAL TAX RATIO BETWEEN NON-RESIDENTIAL AND RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES, WHICH IS 2.2721, AND THIS WAS, OF COURSE, IN RESPONSE TO A REQUEST FOR MORE INFORMATION FROM COUNCIL MEMBERS IN 2020.
COUNCIL'S CONSIDERATION AT THAT TIME AND DECISION TO CONTINUE WITH THE TAX RATIO AS INFORM THE MILL RATES YOU SEE HERE TODAY.
