HOWEVER, TWO WEEKS IS A BRIEF TIME FRAME FOR PROPERTY OF THIS NATURE, AND IT WAS AMBITIOUS AS DARCY THOUGHT IT WOULD BE TO HAVE IT REVIEWED IN TIME FOR TODAY.

TWO WEEKS WAS INDEED AN INSUFFICIENT TIME FRAME WITHIN WHICH TO CONDUCT A THOROUGH INVESTIGATION INTO THE ASSESSMENT.

AND DARCY AND I SPOKE YESTERDAY, AND WE'RE BOTH IN AGREEMENT THAT IT WOULD BE BEST FOR THIS TO BE ADDRESSED POTENTIALLY AT SOME POINT IN THE FUTURE AND POTENTIALLY BY THE TRIBUNAL. AND MY UNDERSTANDING IS THAT THAT WAS WE ARE UNDER TIME CONSTRAINTS THAT MAKE THAT ALMOST INEVITABLE.

IS THAT THE CASE WOULD BOTH PARTY'S AGREE? YEAH, PRETTY MUCH.

IT'S A COMMON OCCURRENCE TO WHEN MORE TIME IS REQUESTED IN NATURE LIKE THIS WITH ONE APPELLANT JUST TO NOT DELAY THE CITY'S PROCESS, BUT MOVE ON TO THE TRIBUNAL, IT GIVES BOTH PARTIES AMPLE TIME TO REVIEW THE ASSESSMENT.

IT'S QUITE COMPLEX AND I FIGURED IT WOULD BE SO.

THE BEST METHOD IS JUST TO CONFIRM THE ASSESSMENT AT ITS CURRENT LEVELS AND MOVE ON TO THE TRIBUNAL. MEMBERS OF THE BOARD, NIELS, DAVE.
