A memorandum regarding whether to approve the recommendations of the City of Yellowknife Community Advisory Board on Homelessness to allocate Reaching Home COVID-19 funding to:
1. Address rental arrears and temporary rent supports for families and individuals experiencing or at imminent risk of homelessness; and
2. Provide 20 shelter beds for individuals experiencing homelessness and 10 shelter rooms for families experiencing homelessness.
