Councillor Silverio moves, Councillor ____________ seconds, That Council: 1. Endorse key planning principles to guide COVID-19 financial decision making; 2. Direct Administration to bring forward mill rates that reflect a 1.63% tax rate increase for 2020, as identified in Budget 2020; and 3. Direct Administration to bring forward an amending by-law to implement a 3% increase in Community Services fees, as identified in Budget 2020.

Community policing and visibility in the community (ie. Downtown, multi-use trails and special public events); 2. Enforcement against impaired driving; and 3. Strategies to address violent crime.
Councillor Silverio moves, Councillor ____________ seconds, That Committee recommended that Council adopt the following strategic priorities for the Municipal Enforcement Division (MED) for 2020/21: 1. Regular outreach, planning and coordination with partner agencies to facilitate effective collaboration on enforcement areas of common interest; 2. Continued presence in the downtown area, on multi-use trails and at City recreation facilities and public events as appropriate; 3. Enforcement of Unsightly Lands; and 4. Enforcement of unauthorized parking.
ENACTMENT OF BY-LAWS 19. By-law No. 4866 - A by-law to acquire portions of lands in Block 501 as shown on Schedule “A” of By?law No. 4866, is presented for Second and Third Reading. 20.
