Councillor Konge moves, Councillor ____________ seconds, That Council directs the Senior Administrative Officer to enter in a Memorandum of Understanding with the Arctic Indigenous Wellness Foundation for the purpose of providing interim traditional Indigenous health services on Lot 3, Block 500, adjacent to the Fieldhouse.

By-law No. 4962 - A by-law to amend Fees and Charges By-law No. 4436, as amended, by amending Parts 2, 4, 6, and 12 of Schedule B to reflect the changes approved in the 2018 Budget and to make adjustments to more accurately and fairly reflect the costs associated with providing the services, is presented for First Reading. 6.
