Councillor Payne moves, Councillor ____________ seconds, That Council direct Administration to: 1) Provide up to $10,000 per establishment to downtown businesses for their approved sidewalk patio’s first year installation using the Downtown Development Reserve Fund; 2) Contribute an annual amount of $500 to each business or nongovernment office for opening washrooms for public use during their business hours, with locations in the DT-Downtown zone covered by the Downtown Development Reserve Fund and locations in other zones covered by the City’s O&M budget, starting in 2017.
