That pursuant to Land Administration By-law No. 4596, as amended, Council direct Administration to: a. Establish a Revitalization Initiative Reserve account within the Land Development Fund; and b. Target 30% of all future Land Development Fund sales toward the “Revitalization Initiative Reserve” for purposes of targeting land assembly which supports “revitalization initiatives” within targeted areas (Downtown, Old Town, Old Airport Road, Kam Lake).
