Not proceed with the development of a bid to host the 2023 Canada Winter Games (CWG) for consideration by the Canada Games Council (CGC); 2. Not establish a 2023 CWG Reserve to be funded through a portion of a proposed Visitor Levy and through the use of Formula Funding in the amount of $376,000 commencing in 2017 and ending in 2023; 3. Not enter into formal negotiations with the NWT Housing Corporation for the development of social and/or seniors housing to be used as an athlete’s village for the CWG; and 4. Enter into negotiations with the GNWT MACA to establish a Visitor Levy commencing in 2017 and establish a consultation framework for the purpose of informing and obtaining feedback on the Visitor Levy.
